Our journey began with Francisco Ceballos, an immigrant from Mexico who sought to build a future for himself and his family. After years of dedication as a painter, he was inspired by the ambition of others and dreamed of creating something of his own. In 1996, after gaining invaluable experience, Francisco took a leap of faith and established FC Painting LLC, laying the foundation for what would become a trusted name in the construction industry.Â
Over the years, he cultivated strong partnerships and a respected reputation across Texas, earning the trust of clients and industry professionals alike. More than just building spaces, Francisco believed in building people—mentoring his employees, instilling strong work ethics, and teaching valuable trade skills. His commitment to personal and professional development extended to his children, ensuring they understood the craft and the dedication required to succeed.Â
Today, our company has evolved into Revive Renovation & Construction, a brand that reflects the breadth and expertise we've developed over the years. Francisco’s sons, Frank and Andrew, now stand alongside him, bringing innovation, scalability, and modern expertise to the family business. With a deep-rooted foundation in faith, we approach every project with purpose, integrity, and heart—ensuring that the spaces we create inspire and endure.Â
Francisco Ceballos founded Revive Renovation and Construction in 1996, building it from the ground up into a trusted name across Texas. With decades of experience and a deep understanding of the industry, he’s led the company through steady growth, expanding its reach to Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. Revive’s portfolio includes commercial buildouts, residential remodeling, and real estate development.
At the heart of the company is the team Francisco has cultivated—professionals who take pride in their work and share a commitment to delivering results that stand the test of time. His leadership has shaped Revive into a company where people and projects are treated with care and purpose.
Now, with his sons Frank and Andrew stepping into leadership roles, Francisco continues to guide the company’s direction while passing on the values that have defined Revive for nearly three decades.
Frank Ceballos grew up working alongside his father, Francisco, founder of Revive Renovation & Construction. From an early age, he gained firsthand experience in the field, developing a deep understanding of construction and business operations. After graduating from Cy-Fair High School in 2016, he committed to the family business, steadily advancing from apprentice to Project Manager, and now serves as Chief Operations Officer.
In his current role, Frank oversees project execution, team coordination, and operational strategy—ensuring every client receives a seamless experience from start to finish. His leadership reflects years of hands-on learning and a clear vision for scalable growth.
Outside of work, Frank and his wife Diana, married in 2022, are building their family and welcomed their son in 2024. As active members of Founders Baptist Church in Spring, TX, they invest in their community through service and mentorship.
Andrew Ceballos grew up immersed in the construction world, learning the trade firsthand alongside his father, Francisco, founder of Revive Renovation & Construction. After graduating from Cy-Fair High School in 2021, he joined the family business with a strong foundation of hands-on experience and a clear sense of purpose.
Starting as an apprentice, Andrew developed his skills from the ground up, gaining practical knowledge and a deep understanding of the job site. Now, as Project Manager, he oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates with subcontractors, and ensures each project runs smoothly from start to finish. His focus is on delivering a seamless experience for clients—on time, on budget, and built to last.
In 2025, Andrew married Lizy Ceballos, and together they are beginning their journey into family life. Guided by his faith and commitment to service, he brings integrity and care to every aspect of his work. As an active member of Founders Baptist Church, Andrew leads with purpose, helping shape Revive into a company that values trust, relationships, and meaningful results.
